Astrological matters relate to the energetic patterning impressed on the body, at the moment an individual, through the incarnational stream directed at the body, first becomes conscious within the Earth experience. The astrological chart shows many the potentials in your incarnational path, and the discipline itself allows understanding of the nature of deeper dynamics that we are also exploring during an incarnational experience.  It isn't a belief system except in the newspapers. It is an exact science.  If you just want to know 'what is going to happen' in your life, then you are missing the point and unwilling to test your spirit with the unknown, and wasting your time.

 The astrological matrix of an individual incarnation includes many indications as to the nature of the major experiences, limitations and situations in life, and the psychological approach you use in your path. So, not only can you look at your life, in retrospect, and understand loops, choices and elements of your life path, you can actually understand the basic rationale of why your unique life has been the way it has been. So, knowing something about your life from an astrological perspective can also be a 'tool' that you can use to further explore your incarnation; your astrological chart expresses the potentials inherent in your specific life path experience in this incarnation. 

You can  calculate a chart and get some interesting reports by using an online service:

For example:

1. Go to Astrodienst
2. Register as a Free Member, and then Log In
3. Click on Free Horoscopes/Horoscope Drawings and Calculations/Chart Drawing, Ascendant.
4. You will be asked to go to a birth data entry page.
4. Enter data and then you can obtain charts, short reports, and whatever else you need and relate them to the interpretive data included in PDF files below.
5. You can go there every month to generate a new Short Report or look at other items of interest.
