A consultancy agency with government and police connections was running an exercise for an unnamed company that revolved around the London Underground being bombed at the exact same times and locations as happened in real life on the morning of July 7th. On a BBC Radio 5 interview that aired on the evening of the 7th, the host interviewed Peter Power, Managing Director of Visor Consultants, which bills itself as a 'crisis management' advice company, better known to you and I as a PR firm. 

Peter Power was a former Scotland Yard official, working at one time with the Anti Terrorist Branch.

Power told the host that at the exact same time that the London bombings were taking place, his company was running a 1,000 person strong exercise which drilled the London Underground being bombed at the exact same locations, at the exact same times, as happened in real life.

The transcript is as follows.

POWER: At half past nine this morning we were actually running an exercise for a company of over a thousand people in London based on simultaneous bombs going off precisely at the railway stations where it happened this morning, so I still have the hairs on the back of my neck standing up right now.

HOST: To get this quite straight, you were running an exercise to see how you would cope with this and it happened while you were running the exercise?

POWER: Precisely, and it was about half past nine this morning, we planned this for a company and for obvious reasons I don't want to reveal their name but they're listening and they'll know it. And we had a room full of crisis managers for the first time they'd met and so within five minutes we made a pretty rapid decision that this is the real one and so we went through the correct drills of activating crisis management procedures to jump from slow time to quick time thinking and so on.

The fact that the exercise mirrored the exact locations and times of the bombings is light years beyond a coincidence. Power said the drill focused around 'simultaneous bombings'. At first the bombings were thought to have been spread over an hour, but the BBC reports just today that the bombings were in fact simultaneous.

Mr. Power (pictured above) and Visor Consultants need not have been 'in on the bombing' or anything of that nature for this to be of importance. The British government or one of their private company offshoots could have hired Visor to run the exercise for a number of purposes.

The exercise fulfils several different goals. It acts as a cover for the small compartamentalized government terrorists to carry out their operation without the larger security services becoming aware of what they're doing, and, more importantly, if they get caught during the attack or after with any incriminating evidence they can just claim that they were just taking part in the exercise.

This is precisely what happened on the morning of 9/11/2001. The CIA was conducting drills of flying hijacked planes into the WTC and Pentagon at 8:30 in the morning.

It is clear that at least five if not six training exercises were in operation in the days leading up to and on the morning of 9/11. This meant that NORAD radar screens showed as many as 22 hijacked airliners at the same time. NORAD had been briefed that this was part of the exercise drill and therefore normal reactive procedure was forestalled and delayed.

The large numbers of 'blips' on NORAD screens that displayed both real and 'drill' hijacked planes explain why confused press reports emerged hours after the attack stating that up to eight planes had been hijacked.

The Anglo-American establishment that controls the military-industrial complex of the West has been caught over a hundred times carrying out bombings and other terrorist attacks around the world to further their corporate aims and to blame their enemies.

The US government has been caught planning to carry out attacks and carrying out attacks. The British government has been caught red-handed as well. Members of Vladimir Putin's FSB were caught planting bombs in a Russian apartment building in 1999 by the Moscow police.

This is not speculation. Kermit Roosevelt admited on NPR radio that in 1953 the CIA and British intelligence carried out a wave of bombings and shootings in Iran. He then went on to brag about how they subsequently blamed the bombings on Iran's President, Mossadegh. Do you understand, these people brag about what they do 40 years later?

The London bombings have the same signature as the Madrild bombings of 3/11. Both of these bombings are almost indistinguishable from the Bolognia bombing in 1980 that killed over 80 people. 

The bombing in Bolognia was part of a CIA operation code named Gladio, where the US government would pay right-wing terrorists to carry out bombings to be blamed on leftists in Europe. All of this was blown wide open when two of the Bolognia bombers were convited in an Italian court, forcing them to spill their guts admitting that they were neo-fascists contracted by the CIA. Operation Gladio documents have since been declassified.

The London terror alert level was lowered before the bombings took place. This gave the purpotrators extra cover to plan and execute the attack without having to evade the most stringent security.

In any crime you look at history and motive, The British government has been caught in multiple examples of carrying out bombings in London which were then blamed on the IRA. They even had one of their own MI5 agents wihin the Omagh bomb squad. Click here for an archive of this evidence.

The wider agenda will become clearer when Blair firmly points the finger at the selected patsies designated to take the fall. But for the moment he's happy to grandstand as the courageous leader who immedately returned to London to take control of the chaos.

BBC polls that were showing 80 per cent plus opposed the ID card will now likely flip back in the opposite direction. Support for the European Union and increased globalization through the G8 will rise. Who stands to gain from all this? Who has the motive?

From Putin blowing up his own apartment buildings to Israel being behind Hamas, the evidence is consistently clear that large scale terrorism is always state sponsored.

The Madrid train bombing is another example. The bombers were found to be police informants with close links to the Spanish security services. They had access to the most secure areas of the Madrid train system. The Spanish government initially tried to blaim the Basque group ETA for the blast in the hope that the people would rally behind the government and get them re-elected. After ETA denied involvement and the people started saying the government was involved, the Spanish government had to blame Al-Qaeda and kill some patsies by claiming they blew themselves up during a raid.

The London Underground exercises were used as the fallback cover to carry out the attack. This is the biggest smoking gun yet pointing directly to the most secretive levels of the British establishment itself being behind the attack.

Evidence of specific plans to target transport links in major UK cities was known to the Blair government two days before the attack but was purposefully ignored while the terrorists moved in for the kill. The northern city of Sheffield was buzzing with talk of bomb scares on buses two days before London was hit with four deadly explosions, one of which decimated a number 30 bus near Russell Square. A number of sources in different areas of the city have confirmed to this writer that all Sheffield buses were delayed for an hour or more as they were sent back to the depot to be checked for bombs. This occurred early Tuesday evening, less than 48 hours before the London attack. Sheffield's supertram system was also affected by the bomb scare. The supertram is basically an identical system to the London Underground, but it operates on standard ground level roads.

The bomb scare was the topic of every bus and tram terminal conversation in the city center. A high police presence was also visible at many terminals in the area. Strangely enough the local print and television media didn't cover the bomb scare at all, this in a town where a traffic accident is top story for three days running. This suggests the police passed on a directive not to report on the incident.

Only one word sprang to mind when I heard about the bombings that claimed the lives of dozens of Londoners today – convenient.Is there anything convenient in death, or in thousands of lives destroyed from catastrophe? No – and words cannot express the sorrow I feel for the men and women changed by today's events. But governments with skeletons in their closets have a great deal to gain from a national tragedy bolstered by "terrorism."

As I sit in my office today, I hear the whispers of co-workers now utterly convinced our war on terror must continue. Despite American and British involvement in the Middle East birthing wave after wave of rebel forces, the Bush doctrine is now justified in the minds of millions. Petty grievances such as the Downing Street Minutes, the President's flagging support and Karl Rove's treasonous outing of CIA agent Valerie Plame are unimportant. A shadowy conglomeration is out to kill us.

Sound familiar? It should – the same emotional ploy was used to great effect on Americans in the wake of September 11th. Question nothing, particularly your cries for vengeance or that nagging feeling in the back of your head. Justice delayed is justice denied.

Unlike four years ago, however, I refuse to accept that the attack on London was anything less than a false-flag operation designed to enrage Western "civilization" against the Middle East. Why? Because there is no reason for "terrorist" groups to attack England. As recently as this week, the Ministry of Defense announced that plans were being drafted that would pull British armed forces from the quagmires in Iraq and Afghanistan. With the British effectively admitting they're throwing in the towel, the only motivation to stay could come from an attack that compels the forces to stay and fight "global terrorism."

Think about it. The attack only benefits empires desperate to maintain a foothold in the Middle East without further eroding public opinion. Will Parliament shrug their shoulders and push their soldiers into longer tours of duty because of this? Obviously it's too early to tell, but if that happens, insurgents and rebels will have lost more than they could have ever possibly gained in destroying part of the Underground.

Brian Kilmeade of Fox News agrees, claiming the sabotage "works to ... [the] Western world's advantage, for people to experience something like this together." It doesn't just make "terrorism" an American problem. It makes it a worldwide problem. The Number One problem.

No longer do we need to concern ourselves with two world leaders (who have spawned more worldwide terrorism than any fanatical religious organization) going unquestioned in their lies that started a war. We can cast off our sluggish economies, lack of freedoms and pitiful descent into draconian law. Terror is on the rise.

I feel like I'm sitting in my apartment watching the World Trade Center collapse all over again.

Everything is the same, right down to the previously unheard of Islamic group (The Secret Organization of al-Qaida in Europe? Are you kidding me?) taking credit – even though the translation falls apart under scrutiny and the Q'uran is improperly cited. Considering the only Al Qaeda cell to ever be uncovered was a front for the Mossad, you'd think the perpetrators could at least come up with a clever new booga-booga name to grab headlines. Their arrogance is startling.

As is the ever-present Israeli connection, a staple among false flag operations. Before today's attack, the Israeli Embassy in London was notified an attack was forthcoming. As a result, former Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu remained in his hotel room rather than head towards a nearby hotel where he was to address an economic summit.

The embassy denies it had any prior knowledge, of course, but the story has changed dramatically in the process. If, as they say, Netanyahu was not warned, how did he know to stay in his room? How did he know the danger was so severe that he dare not venture out of the hotel?

Oops! The story's changed again – here Netanyahu says that British police had warned the Israelis (but not the rest of the city?) of a pending attack. Scotland Yard denies this; Israel's reply was to say Netanyahu received his warning after the first blast. How? It was initially reported as a power surge for hours. What is being hidden here? And why isn't there an investigation into these obvious discrepancies?

It's enough to make your head spin and your eyes cross with rage.

Regardless, I am making an appeal to Britons who are understandably wracked with grief at the moment – don't buy into the hatred the way we Americans did. Don't ignore the obvious evidence that this whole affair was orchestrated by your own government. Most importantly, don't let the deaths of the few, however tragic, plunge your nation into another fit of war and civic clampdowns.

Toying with your emotions is expected. Don't fall prey to ignorance. See the attack on your home for what it really is – a distraction that will keep your money, resources and troops mired in ceaseless battle for an ideology that betrays your democratic and civilized tenets.

Phony 'Al-Qaeda' Responsibility Claim a Proven Hoax

With regard to the so-called claim of responsibility for the London bombings from an unknown Al-Qaeda group which the British government is treating as 'serious,' MSNBC reported. MSNBC TV translator Jacob Keryakes, who said that a copy of the message was later posted on a secular Web site, noted that the claim of responsibility contained an error in one of the Quranic verses it cited. That suggests that the claim may be phony, he said.  "This is not something al-Qaida would do," he said.  Furthermore, the website posting doesn't even claim personal responsibility, it simply references "the heroic mujahedeen" in the third person. The posting praises the attack, it doesn't even take responsibility for it. These facts didn't stop countless newspapers and Neo-Con websites automatically assuming Al-Qaeda (or Al-CIAda) was behind the attack.

Explosions In London - Who Stands To Gain?

BREAKING: Scotland Yard says it got a warning before the attack and told Israel.

"The Israeli Embassy in London was notified in advance, resulting in Finance Minister Binyamin Netanyahu remaining in his hotel room rather than make his way to the hotel adjacent to the site of the first explosion, a Liverpool Street train station, where he was to address and economic summit." 

The warning contradicts the fact that the original explanation of a power surge went out for an hour or more. They knew it was an attack but put out a false explanation. Plus why did Netanyahu get a warning and the victims didn't?

We have been told that the events unfolding today were "inevitable", London's transport network has been hit with multiple explosions. Both the Underground and Busess have been hit. Events are still unfolding.
We predicted this would happen over a year ago after analysing the propaganda and fearmongering that was being ratcheted up to the extreme in London. Paul Joseph Watson has predicted these events as imminant several times on The Alex Jones Show in recent months.

Tony Blair is not in London but safely tucked up in Scotland with 7 other World Leaders including President Bush. The political eyes of the world are on Britain this week. The Mayor of London Ken Livingstone is in Singapore where the IOC has just awarded the Olympic Games to London, he is rushing back to the city.
Just like the events of 9/11, ask yourself, who stands to gain from this? Could this have been organised by any group other than one who has direct unlimited access to all areas of London's transport grid at all times?
This has MI5 written all over it. Just watch that national ID card legislation sail through. Only 15% of the country supported the government after the last election, this will ensure total fealty to a smarmy Blair and whatever he wants to do. Ken Livingstone and the opposition parties will now have no grounds to reject ID card legislation, especially with the Olympics coming to London in 2012.

The police state measures they'll get out of this will be overlaid onto all forms of transport. In fact, you won't be able to travel without the ID card. Although MI5 operations are normally more sophisticated than things like 9/11, in that the evidence linking it to the government is more carefully covered, just watch for the evidence of inside involvement to trickle out. MI5 have been caught involved in IRA bombings multiple times over.

New measures to tackle anti-social behaviour

The UK Home Office Minister Hazel Blears has announced measures to help to continue tackling anti-social behaviour. From today, 1 July, provisions from the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005, will give vulnerable witnesses in anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) cases the protection and support they need in court. 

An anti-social behaviour order (ASBO) is a civil order which protects the community from behaviour that causes harassment, alarm or distress. ASBOs were introduced in the Crime and Disorder Act 1998 and have been available since April 1999. They impose restrictions on the behaviour of individuals who have behaved in an anti-social way and protect communities from often longstanding and intimidating activity. As they are civil orders, a person who receives an ASBO does not have a criminal record.

New ‘special measures’ can include screens in court, video links to enable the witness to give evidence outside the courtroom, and the use of intermediaries when communicating with the police. There will also be the lifting of automatic reporting restrictions to allow the local media to give details of those who breach their ASBOs.

The Home Office also published figures showing vigorous take-up of ASBOs by local authorities, police and housing associations. Statistics for the period April 1999 to December 2004 show that the total number of ASBOs issued (as reported to the Home Office) stood at 4649 at December last year. Of these, 786 were issued between October and December, an increase of just over double the number issued in the same quarter last year.

The Home Office also announced that funding for Individual Support Orders (ISOs) for young people between the ages of 10 and 17 years of age will be increased by £500,000. ISOs can be attached to an ASBO and direct the young person to activities and support to address the underlying causes of their anti-social behaviour. This can include anger management courses, and alcohol and drug misuse programmes. 

Home Office Minister Hazel Blears said: “Anti-social behaviour is a menace for many people and it needs to be dealt with swiftly and effectively. ASBOs make a real difference to people’s lives by helping to rebuild confidence in communities and bringing the actions of a selfish minority to task. The statistics published today show that local authorities are responding enthusiastically to the powers available to them. But we also realise that it can be difficult for victims and witnesses to come forward to report anti-social behaviour. That is why we introduced new witness protection measures in the Serious and Organised Crime and Police Act that will come into force on Friday. 

“ASBOs are just one of a whole range of tools that are available aimed at improving and modifying anti-social behaviour, along with staged warnings, Acceptable Behaviour Contracts (ABCs), fixed penalty notices and parenting contracts. Individual Support Orders (ISOs) can be attached to ASBOs for 10-17 year-olds and are a positive means of addressing the underlying causes of unacceptable and damaging behaviour. I hope to see an increase in the number of ISOs issued as a result of the funding made available today. A package of support and enforcement will bring about positive changes to many young people’s lives.”

The Government (Office of the Deputy Prime Minister) also announced it intends to consult on enabling local authorities to contract ASBO functions to bodies to whom they delegate their housing management responsibilities. This would support local authorities who may decide that they can offer better services to their communities by contracting out their powers to seek ASBOs to bodies carrying out services on their behalf. 

Successful Testing of the World's First Electric Less Lethal Bullets

Harrington Group Limited has reported the successful demonstration of its less-lethal ShockRounds(TM) prototype "electric bullet" following the firing of multiple rounds from a standard police issue 37mm firearm. As well as establishing the functionality of the ShockRounds(TM) Electro-Kinetic bullets, the demonstration confirmed that they can readily be fired from standard issue 37 mm smoothebore firearms from Federal Ordnance, Arwen, Defense Technology and H&K.

The successful testing of the EK100 series of the ShockRounds(TM) Electro-Kinetic 37mm rounds took place at the Tucson Laboratory from 17 June to 21 June, 2005. The Electro-Kinetic (EK) series of ShockRounds(TM) less-lethal impact rounds is a hybrid kinetic/impact munition with a Piezo-ceramic element designed to provide increased effectiveness to officers in handling crowd disturbances at distance.

Multiple tests were performed using fully functional EK prototype rounds fired from a smoothbore police issue 37mm firearm in order to verify the ShockRounds(TM) Electro-Kinetic projectile's aerodynamic and ballistic characteristics during flight. Projectile orientation, propellant charge, gas checks and drag stabilisation were also evaluated, modified and then successfully tested throughout a range of distances and velocities. The prototype firings generated invaluable data that will be incorporated in the next series of ShockRounds(TM) Electro-Kinetic projectile tests.

The EK100 series ShockRounds(TM) projectiles utilise a mass striker assembly that is centered in the bore of the projectile with a piezoelectric element in the nose of the round. Upon impact the striker system allows EK100 series projectiles to harvest the maximum voltage from the kinetic impact on the piezoelectric ceramic element with little influence from the target material.

In addition to the launcher test firings, a series of over 120 separate static tests were made of different mass weight/striker combinations of the Electro-Kinetic ShockRounds(TM). The results of the static tests are being reduced to a statistical model to be used for further design modeling of piezoelectric materials and energisation performance in future ShockRounds(TM) production.

The successful conclusion of this test series has proved the functionality of the initial ShockRounds(TM) design and more importantly proved that ShockRounds(TM) enabled ammunition can be fired and generate a charge from a standard issue firearm.

The company’s CEO, Marshall Couper, said that the move toward less lethal methods of law enforcement is gaining momentum. “Our piezoelectric bullets are expected to significantly reduce officer injuries and even save lives by enabling law enforcement officers to more effectively control unruly crowds from a safer distance - outside of what is termed ‘the rock throwing range’- therefore safe from Molotov cocktails and other projectiles that are often thrown at them as has recently been witnessed even in Sydney Australia” he said. “Our ShockRounds technology, which can be incorporated into most types of ammunition, delivers an electric charge on impact which serves as a deterrent to riotous behaviour or other hostile activity. While the worldwide market for less-lethal weapons is worth US$500 million annually, the bigger market and attraction for Harrington Group is the multi-billion dollar lethal ammunition market. The ShockRounds technology being developed for that market will introduce a new level of stopping power through the addition of electric shock capability” Mr Couper said. 

The ShockRounds enabled lethal ammunition is also expected to save lives as the increased stopping power of ShockRounds is expected to result in less shots being fired in a confrontation, thereby reducing the risk to law enforcement officers as well as to bystanders.

Second Generation Handheld Radar Offers 3D Views Through Walls

Cambridge Consultants has previewed the second generation of its through-wall radar technology. Providing 3D feedback on the location and movement of people inside buildings, the system is being reengineered as a standalone handheld unit, which can be held against a wall and activated with a single button press - providing images of internal activity within 2 seconds.

The system identifies an individual person as a cluster of targets of the same colour to give a clear representation of the movement of each person in the space being monitored. However, much more is possible, including the ability to focus on living/moving targets to give a tracking history of individuals and to build up a picture of the static objects in the room. 

In this new version of the radar, Prism 200, Cambridge Consultants eliminates the need for an external controller and man-machine interface. This is achieved by integrating a VideoCore processor which combines high-performance digital signal processing capabilities with a versatile display driver. Results are presented instantly on the unit's built-in 6.4-inch colour display or, alternatively, transmitted to a remote laptop.

Building on the success of the first-generation Prism 100 radar, the new radar will offer features that will enhance the efficiency and safety of military and emergency service personnel in situations such as hostage taking, search and rescue. 

Held against a wall or mounted on a tripod up to 2 metres away, Prism 200 transmits low frequency ultra-wideband (UWB) radar pulses that pass through building materials over 40 cm thick, to detect activity over a range of up to 15 metres.

A unique feature of the new intelligent radar core is an array of antennas which gives it a large field of vision - at least 140 degrees in both vertical and horizontal planes - combined with 3D object location and motion tracking. Operators can use the 3D capability to decide whether people are standing, sitting or lying, or whether the object detected is human or an animal. 

Prism 200 will be able to provide plan and elevation views. The onboard signal processing may also be customised to suit a wide range of target applications. Programmable parameters include range, scan rate and target permanence, and the display can be adapted for optimised presentation of the data for specific uses. 

Cambridge Consultants is now at an advanced stage of development with the radar core, and is designing a tough weatherproof case to house the system. The finished product is expected to weigh around 3 kg/7 pounds, including a lithium-ion battery pack that will store enough power for around two hours of continuous use. Featuring a slimline shape with hand grips, the unit will be easily portable by a soldier or emergency service worker. And, it can be put into use almost instantly: all that's required to start monitoring is a single push of a button, with the embedded system displaying results within 2 seconds.

"This radar will deliver the kind of high-level location information that could really tip the balance in favour of operatives in a broad range of dangerous or time-critical situations", notes a Cambridge Consultants spokesman. 

Scheduled for commercial release in early 2006, the Prism 200 through-wall radar will be offered as a packaged and ready-to-use product at under £30,000.
