Extended Maintenance Window Dec 9-10th |

There will be an extended maintenance window from 11:00 pm December 9th until 5:00am December 10th. During this period, our storage array will be undergoing annual maintenance.
During this maintenance window some email and some web sites hosted by ReachONE Internet will be affected. ***No email will be lost*** but your access to the messages may be delayed during the maintenance window.
We regret any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your cooperation in this matter. ReachONE Internet will be closely monitoring the event to ensure service is returned as quickly as possible. Due to some social engineering a few of our customer fell victim to a recent scam resulting in their email accounts being taken over by SPAMMERS. This has resulted in some messages from ReachONE being bounced by Hotmail and their affiliations (msn.com, q.com etc.). We are not aware of any other sites refusing our mail. We regret the inconvenience and we are working with Hotmail to remove the block. Thank you for using ReachONE Internet.

Many customers have received an email claiming to be from us stating that we have "temporarily limited access to sensitive account features" and requesting that passwords be sent via email. Please be assured that the message is NOT from ReachONE. Please ignore and delete the message in question. Do NOT reply to the message nor send any sensitive information. Thank you.

Service has been restored to the below mentioned areas.
Due to unknown reasons service in Raymond and surrounding areas is down. Century Tel is aware of this issue and is currently working to restore service as soon as possible.
